Makes me cry with distress! At least two marks missing in my estimation. However, some silly non typography/designer felt that they were ‘stream lining’ the look. Sigh.
The comma may be more misused (or missing) than the apostrophe. I don’t think schools are teaching its use any more. Just put it where you like it. Or omit it altogether.
